  • Who tests the water?

    Water testing is performed by the Idaho Rural Water Association, an independent third-party agency.

  • What testing is performed?

    Coliform bacteria is tested monthly, PFAS every 6 months, and nitrate annually.

  • How many lots are served?

    The system serves 107 lots in the Marvin Estates community and surrounding area, with 71 lots currently connected.

  • How are notices shared?

    When needed, homeowners will be notified by email, text message, and mail about maintenance, interruptions, water quality notices, or regulatory updates.

  • What about backflow and winterization?

    Annual backflow testing is required by IDEQ for applicable systems, and seasonal residences should winterize anti-siphon and backflow prevention devices.
